Faroz

Faroz, famous for its lighthouse, which guides sailor guests of the Black Sea, notorious for its vicious waves, has a particularly historical significance. The word 'faroz' means lighthouse in Greek. The city of Trabzon in the Black Sea region, which is known for its vast natural beauties, also draws attention with its lighthouse, which guides its guests from the sea. Faroz, whose native still holds on to all Anatolian culture, has enormous grandeur with its hospitality and fishing boats, especially one of the favorite places for those who dream of a seaside town. Faroz is like a dream... So much so that it is the incarnation of the dream of a seaside town of almost everyone living in the big city. Every morning, with the dawn, countless takas (small sailing boats) begins its fishing journey, grappling with raging waves. Before noon, fresh crate of fish arrives and from in the town where accented Turkish speakers, seagulls and the scent of real Black Sea tea on guests. Faroz, where each square meter allows a separate beautiful scenery, takes those who see it on a journey towards the realm of dreams, so to speak, especially with its magnificent view at sunset.
