Built in the 19th century as a winter mansion, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Building stands out among russian architectural examples. Designed with cut basalt stone and single-storey, work is among the Examples of Baltic architecture. Today, the exterior of the mansion, which is used as the Building of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, stands out with its border decorations. Especially recently, with external lighting, it impresses people with its majesty who pass in front of it in the evening. The building has been used as kars Chamber of Industry and Commerce Building since the announcement of the Republic. Today, the building used for the same purpose increases its importance with the visit of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. It is among the buildings Atatürk visited during his visit to Kars province on October 6, 1924.
