Akbiyik Sultan, Sultan II. He is one of the saints who lived during the reigns of Murad and Fatih Sultan Mehmet. He is also a famous Sufi and poet. Akbıyık Sultan, whose real name is Ahmed Şemseddin, is also known as Hacıoğlu. It is known that together with Akşemseddin, he took part in the conquest of Istanbul under the leadership of Fatih Sultan Mehmed. Sultan II. Murad gave him a village from Bursa as a gift. Akbıyık Sultan started to spend most of his wealth in the way of Allah and distributed his property to the needy. From the complex built by Akbıyık Sultan, who lost his life in Bursa, near the Great Mosque, only his tomb, located in Bursa Nalbantoğlu, has survived. He gave his name to one of the neighborhoods in Bursa.
