Dibeklihan Culture and Art Village

Muğla, in southwest Turkey, is a unique meeting point for different cultural values. At this point, Dibeklihan Culture and Art Village in Bodrum is among the prominent shopping, sightseeing and food and drinking complexes of the district.

Dibeklihan Culture and Art Village takes its name from the yoghurt dibeks(large stone mortar) in front of it. The village, where there are exhibitions, talks and concerts in art galleries as well as venues for weddings, also attracts attention to businesses such as cafes, bars, grocery stores and jewellery shops.

The space also has a section called the ’polling room', which serves as a permanent exhibition space. At the same time, items referring to recent history and mostly consisting of local objects are exhibited in this polling room. In addition, handcrafted eye-light items produced by local people can be purchased in the shops in the village. Dibeklihan Culture and Art Village, which is shown among the pleasant ambience of Bodrum, hosts an unforgettable atmosphere especially in the evenings with its lighting layout.

Dibeklihan Culture and Art Village remains open from the beginning of May until the end of October, the highest number of tourists in the period between 16 June-30 September with 10.00-23.30 opening hours. Other months, such as until 19.00 to 21.00 hours are served
