Also known as Grand Beşiktaş Bazaar is a bazaar-market complex, which dates back to 1985 and is located in Beşiktaş district of Istanbul. Beşiktaş Bazaar, also called as the “Post Office Bazaar” colloquially due to having a post office on the ground floor, has a semi-open plan. The bazaar, built on an area of exactly 229 square meters, has a very central location behind the historical Sinan Pasha Mosque.
Beşiktaş Bazaar, which has a customer and guest car park on the top floor, was built in 1985. Beşiktaş Bazaar was opened in the period when the shopping mall and complex culture was just beginning to form in Turkey and it is one of the main bazaars which can be accessed easily from many districts and quarters of Istanbul through public transportation vehicles.
