Hababam Class Museum
Hababam Class Museum
The Hababam Class Museum, located in Antalya's Kepez district, is among the places that city residents and tourists absolutely visit. The Hababam Class Museum in Kepez, one of the museums that immortalize the Hababam Class, which is undoubtedly one of Yeşilçam's most special films, sheds light on the history of Turkish cinema.
The original series of the movie Hababam Class consists of four separate films. The filming is completed in Adile Sultan Pavilion located in Validebağ Grove in Istanbul. For this reason, this area in Istanbul, which was used as the venue for the movie, was also turned into a museum.
In the Amir Ateş District Mansion in Antalya, a similar 6-A class in the Adile Sultan Pavilion was created and opened to visitors on September 12, 2018. Thus, this unforgettable film series of Yeşilçam, which captured a much higher impression rate than many today's works when it was released even today, was immortalized in Antalya.
In the museum, where there are sculptures of the characters "Damat Ferit" played by Tarık Akan and "Cow Şaban" played by Kemal Sunal, photographs of all the actors are placed in large frames on the rows of the movie.
Hayta İsmail, Güdük Necmi, Domdom Ali, Hayta İsmail, Tulum Hayri, Cow Şaban, Damat Ferit, Kel Mahmut, Badi Ekrem, Pasha Nuri, Mother Hafize, Legless, Veysel Efendi and many more… Amir Ateş District Mansion in Antalya Kepez or It is waiting for its fans in Istanbul Adile Sultan Pavilion.
