This mosque was built by the Nemlizade family, who has been known for many years as a very wealthy and high brow family of Trabzon. The Nemlizade Family; undertook the construction of many works such as the historic mansion next to The Ceiling Mosque Değirmendere Bridge, Trabzon High School and Karasu Bridge and even brought Zulmara Water to Trabzon.
The rectangular structure consists of the last congregational area and harim section. The mosque thick stone walls with careful craftsmanship and a large graveyards. There is a screened and elevated wooden loge over the entrance part of the harim. The lighting of the mosque is provided by windows. The minbar is kept simple. Harim's wooden ceiling is also in the middle with dome.
