Kars Cold Water Natural Park

Kars Cold Water Natural Park is one of the quaint natural habitats in the east of Turkey... The park is 53 km from the city centre and is also very close to Sarıkamış Allahuekber Mountains National Park. Before 2011, the area, known as the promenade, already has nature park status and is famous for its large forests. Rosehip flower is quite common with tree species such as yellow pine and poplar. Kars Cold Water Natural Park in nature has a few social facilities with covered/uncovered picnic places. The park, which has a high point of 2 thousand 151 meters, has two high mountains: Çıplakdag and Aladag within the boundaries of the park. Kars Cold Water Natural Park, a relatively small nature park, can have picnick, photographed and sporting activities can be done, a day can be spent intertwined with nature under the sounds of birds. Freezing temperatures can be seen especially in winter in the nature park where the entrance is paid. Therefore, it is recommended to be cautious.
