The Urban Forest, one of the rare green areas in Izmir where people can spend time with their families, especially on weekends, is the lung of the city. On the other hand, Vulture, Partridge, henna Partridge, Marten and Eagle are remarkable in terms of animal species within the Woodland. Izmir Urban Forest was opened with the contributions of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. There is no restricted time to come to woodland. Children's play areas, private bike path, walking path, café, toilet and sports areas for adults are available. There is also a very interesting viewing terrace. At the entrance of Inciraltı City Forest you will be greeted by the disabled park and a cafeteria that is frequently used by the disabled. Individuals being physical and psychological inabilities may often be encountered in this area. You can find yourself in this wooded area within 30 minutes by renting a bike from Konak. The continuation of the forest will lead you to the Inciraltı Center. This is always a very lively area as it is home to shopping malls and student dormitories.
