Nakip Mosque

Nakip Mosque, which is the first in Hatay with its public library, was restored in 2018 and reopened to worship. Antakya Municipality has started work for the dormant place after the library was moved to another location. A special work was launched in 2017 for the site, which is located inside the mosque and is the first public library of Antioch. Restoration work was started by sticking to its original function according to the data collected and the architectural features that were revealed. At the moment, Nakip Mosque is open for worship and has regained the form of the library.
