Ihmal Mosque, one of Erzurum's religious places, has the most abundant congregation, attracts a lot of attention from the people of the city and tourists. The Ihmal Mosque, located in the Topcuoglu neighborhood of Gurcukapı district, is built by Topcuoglu Abdullah Ibn-i Abubekir. According to the inscription, the building, which is built in 1715, is first created with a wood-supported and flat ceiling. The structure, which is about to succumb to time, has been dismantled by Erzurum Governorship in recent years and rebuilt in accordance with its original ity. The mosque, which attracts quite the attention with its location located on the corner of Gurcukapı Street and Ihmal Mosque Street, is one of the haunts visited by Erzurum guests, as a mystical door that provides the transition to the 18th century in the streets living in the 21st century.
