Atatürk's second visit on January 20-24, 1923, and after that, he is known to have stayed in this elegant mansion. After 1938, the pavilion continued to be used for various public purposes, and was transferred to the General Directorate of Museums in 1968 and opened to visitors as a museum about five years later. The Atatürk House and Museum, which was inaugurated on 29 October 1973, the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Republic, has been continuously attracting visitors for almost 50 years.
The first floor of the pavilion, which is prominent with its woodwork and dates back to the 19th century, has an admission hall, rest and dining rooms. On the second floor, the study room and the bedroom can be observed. In addition, the basement of this historical pavilion has been prepared for kitchen and other services.
In the Atatürk House and Museum, which also has a pleasant garden, a large number of Atatürk's personal belongings can be examined closely together with a spiritual atmosphere.
