Telecommunications Museum

The Telecommunications Museum, which guarantees hours filled with technology history in the Altindag District of Ankara, provides visitors with a different experience every day except on public holidays and weekends. Inviting visitors of all ages to travel through time, the museum has over 400 works focusing on technology, communication and science. Wireless phones, video phones, computers, telegrams, walrus devices, early batteries, coded phones and many other interesting technological devices that have witnessed history are on display in two different parts of the museum. All kinds of antique phones are the ancestors of today's touch-screen smartphones. All of the works that can be visited in two sections are working, so there is no case for displaying defective technological products. In addition, there is also a practice hall in the museum. The Telecommunications Museum is based on an interactive understanding with its different practices and trainings, as well as interesting works that can be seen. In this way, it is possible to familiarize yourself with the artifacts in the museum that have the footprint of today's technology.
