But, fortunately, you do not have to imagine. There is such a library where you can learn science in the mosque before or after your worship and continue your tour with those books. You can discover the most important religious buildings of the city by having a separate historical journey during all prayer times. While Hatay was originally a glorious city of the Hellenistic and Roman Times, it became a more sacred city with Islamic conquests. The structures required by the Islamic religion (the Hijri) began to be built in the 1300s, and the city started becoming more and more meaningful than it was before.

Since the Ottoman period, there has been an average of 30 mosques and masjids in the central district of Hatay alone. However, we have included the first five mosques to the route, the most known and historically important mosques to Hatay.
