Fethiye is one of the first stops for those who want to have a lot of peace and enjoyment on holiday. Butterfly Valley, Ölüdeniz, Saklıkent Canyon, Kayaköy, Tlos Ancient City, Lycian Way, it offers us eye-catching views of both history and nature. It brings us together with an activity to do and a place to visit every day. There are countless spots to discover step by step. One of the most livable places in Fethiye is Çalış. Çalış is small and calm. With its clean air and sea that wears the most beautiful shade of blue like a dress, it increases the number of regulars every year. It does not make you feel how the holiday is going with its long coastline, food and beverage venues, beach, and entertainment venues. It is both a living area that everyone dreams of and one of the holiday spots preferred by a large number of people every year. Let's discover this eye-catching holiday route together.

Çalış Beach

Çalış Beach is one of the most popular spots of the summer season with its long coastline. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that the beach, which also hosts many restaurants along the coast, is in the center of Çalış. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach that runs parallel to the coastal road. When you follow the road that runs to the right of the beach, which never loses its liveliness at all hours of the day, you will arrive at Koca Çalış Beach. Koca Çalış Beach is the choice of those who want peace while swimming. The sea is a bit wavy, but even this is a great pleasure. There are several beaches on the beach. Those interested in water sports can get training at Koca Çalış or engage in the water sports they want professionally. When we walk to the left of Çalış Beach, small sea buses start to greet us. Our destination is Knight Island.

A Small Paradise: Knight Island

It wouldn’t be wrong to say that this is literally the minimal version of heaven. Knight Island, which has a deep-rooted history, is used as a summer resort today. In a way, it is one of the hidden spots of Fethiye. In fact, it is not a travel spot that you can go to whenever you want. First of all, you need to make an appointment at the only restaurant on the island, Ada Restaurant. If you go without an appointment, unfortunately, you are likely to return just as quickly. This depends entirely on the occupancy rate of the restaurant. The sea buses on the shore ask for your appointment anyway. In other words, you may not be allowed on the sea bus without an appointment from the very beginning. At least, it was like this until recently. Still, you can call the restaurant for more up-to-date information. Relaxing all day long, getting your fill of the sea and enjoying a meal at a restaurant with a beautiful view on Knight Island is priceless. Go, see and discover this paradise island as soon as possible!

Fethiye - Çalış Nightlife

Çalış has a quieter nightlife compared to other holiday resorts, but this has changed a bit with the increasing number of venues in recent years. The restaurants, bars and karaokes along the coast are open until late at night. Apart from the bars, which are good alternatives for those who want to have fun at night, those who want to have a quiet night can also evaluate the venues with less crowds. We know that summer is still a long way away. Still, while you dream of warm weather and cool sea, you can prepare a nice holiday plan.

Wishing you a very enjoyable holiday in advance…
