We are in Artvin, the first city that comes to mind when it comes to highland tourism in Turkey. We are with you on our tour, which has a completely fairy-tale atmosphere, where you will watch the city from above the clouds, where the lakes adorn the mountain views, and the forests add color with the tones of green!

The most famous places of Artvin, the region where nature lays its green cover and patches with the blue of the lakes, are undoubtedly the plateaus! We will visit the most special highlands of the city, from Kafkasör to Macahel, from Hatila to Karagöl, one by one. But first, let's give some information...

While preparing our route, we wanted to enjoy the highlands to the fullest. For this reason, we have drawn a journey that is unlikely to be completed in one full day. Although, if you wish, you can commute quickly from one plateau to another, but our advice would be to stay at least a few hours or a night in each one. Our plateau tour, where you can camp or stay in hostels, definitely requires a vehicle. Let's begin our route, which is likely to take days! Our first stop is Bilbilan Plateau.
