Edirne is the "Second Capital City" of the Ottoman Empire and the apple of sultans’ eyes, and many flavor cultures are all together. The most famous of these is fried lamb liver (ciğer tava). So, we prepared a route that you can complete in a full day, you can visit the most important places of Edirne, and you can witness its rich culture and cuisine. This route has many alternative places from dessert to salty cooks, from palace cuisine to museum visits, consisting of nine different points in total.

Before we start our journey, we want to remind you that it is important to taste all foods since there are many places we will go and many flavors to taste. I am telling you cannot complete our route otherwise. Moreover, we recommend you start our route in the morning to use the day efficiently.
